Maine Open Creamery Day
Maine creameries around the state will open their doors and their barns, inviting the public to meet the animals that make the milk, and responsibly tour the creameries, following CDC guidelines, to learn about the tradition of Maine cheese making.
Check out our creamery map for locations and visit participating creameries website for more information on activities available for Open Creamery Day on the Maine Cheese Guild website.
Bourbon and wine pairing
We will join Kelley Bryant, certified Bourbon Steward, for an informative tasting through the Old Forester Whiskey Row series. Each bottle in this series represents some significant time in whiskey/bourbon history - from prohibition, the whiskey row fires, and the bottled in bond act.
Join us for conversation, bourbon, and paired cheeses from Lakin’s Gorges Cheese on Saturday September 30 at 2 pm.
Cowside Supper, October
